In 2022 Hector started a content marketing agency called TOJE MEDIA that worked exclusively with coaching business owners. He helped his clients create over 10,000 pieces of content (primarily focusing on YouTube), generate 100M organic views and book thousands of warm inbound sales calls.

He now focuses solely on YouTube inbound coaching, both with private clients in his program VideoGrow and in various high ticket communities.
